Module Assessment Part1 (CW1)

A. The Value Chain and Business Functions

 This assessment will cover two activities and identifies the understand of some key functions. Explain the main purpose and value of some key business activities. Choose any other business functions such as Operations management, Marketing of Human Resource Management. Also, you can choose any factors of the value chain.

Name of the Business Function1

Instruction 1: identify the main objective and core value of the business function (e.g. Marketing, HRM) to an organisation and how it interconnects with the other functions of the value chain.

Instruction 2: You must use a minimum of three (3) and not more than five (5) appropriate academic sources.

B. Personal Learning

Instruction 1: Identify the key learning and personal development that you gained with the help of UGBE module for instance, working as a personal tutor, outline future personal development you will require to enhance your business acumen and business etiquette.  

Instruction 2:  You must use at least two (2) and not more than three (3) appropriate academic references.
