Project Brief:
You are employed as a Business Analyst in a large multinational organisation of your own choice.
You should investigate and identify three different types of organisations, with their size and classification to present distinction between them. It should also involve their legal structure, size and scope, as well as their key stakeholders.
You must then demonstrate the various functions within the business for one of the organisations and present an organisational chart to identify the inter relation between different functions. Evaluate how this would be different in the other two organisations.
A report will be presented to CEO which will include the following things:
- Give an overview of different types of organisations and their growth in international business environment with an introduction to it.
- A brief demonstration of every part of chosen organisation which includes: detailed background of organisation; supply of products and services; size and scope of the organisation; vision, mission and their business objectives; legal structure of organisation; and details about the stakeholders.
- Determine the functions of one of chosen organisations in detail, by using a chart for organisation to demonstrate how there is interrelationship between the functions and an evaluation of how they relate to the structure.
