Learning outcomes

• By using an appropriate theory, demonstrate the collective and individual behaviour in the workplace.
• What conflicts are faced by managers in the organisation while reconciling the human resource needs with the demands of business.
• Depict the ability that will be utilised to read, understand, locate and identify a series of sources that will cover theory and also a research to behaviour of employee at work.

The report will be prepared in 3 parts-

A) Introduction- this will include the factors that an individual like you expect in existing or future work role. This might include your past experience of work. Include some questions like-

• Do you enjoy working with others or alone?
• Do you want to diversify the work or work on similar activities.
• For yourself, do you want to work for small or large organisation

B) A constant record for the thoughts you pursue and its development in context to learning. Apply theory in application of your experience. You must include at least 5 entries, one of which must be on the theme of “staff welfare”

C) Conclude your report by indicating whether the thoughts relating to future work ambitions changed or not.
