LO1 Examine Human Resource Management

Human resource management-  give brief description which will include the concepts of human resource management, planning and forecasting, recruitment process, what is the contract followed for employment,role of training and development

Human resource planning- this should certain procedural steps as starting from creation than analysing certain factors such as demand and supply , internal and external and also brief about that how planning is done in changing environment.

LO2 How does the employee relations and employee law effects service industry businesses

Employee relations- this includes employee participation, involvement and conflict management,empowerment,disciplinary rules,structure,culture

Employment law- resignations and redundancy procedure,ill health retirement,maternity and paternity leaves,contracts of employment,employee relations and equal opportunities and Employment rights act.

Recruitment- its effect on labour market, restrictions to effective selection,job design,organisational needs,job description,organisational needs,methods of recruitment advertising.
