In the competitive market, talent management has become the key strategies to  identify and fill the gap in the organisation. Here process regulates the entry and exist of the employees in the management team. It has a different stages in the talent process such as requirement in team, it is a preparing  stage of identifying the talent place in the organisation. Under sourcing the talent,  candidates are target and match with the required skills and knowledge. This is a main activity in the management to search for the best suitable  candidates for the better of the enterprise. Attracting the talent is another important thing  as best employees are chosen for the manger then hiring process start in the team. Under selection process, candidates are having first round with the interview here candidates are examine under  the skills talent and few are selected for the next process. Further they are provided with the training and development programs where they can improve their skills and increasing the skills and knowledge about certain subjects. After training the employees, company tries to retain such  employees in the organisation. retention  depends in various factors such as pay package, job specification and personal development (Shrivastava,  2018). The talent team give promotion to best performance in the project and motivates them to increase their outcomes in the organisation. Performance appraisal is a measure to check the performance of the employees and see how much Responsibility they can handle in the workplace. Employees have a great career in the organisation  and are at the peak of their career, after serving for longer period of time in the organisation. Employees wants to exit from the company, they can exist by retiring  from the work. Therefore, it has been concluded that talent management play very essential role as it mainly focuses on placing right candidate on the right place at the right time. By using this approach, managers can easily fill the vacant job role in an effective manner and produce positive results.

With instance to Neilson company, uses talent management process to as a important resource for the human resource in the firm. Selecting the best candidates from the market is a top priority for any organisation in recent time. Talent team follow steps to hire the right candidates and make such employees to be more attracting in their outcomes. All the organisation present in the environment focus enhancing the human resource in its management team to make best use of human forces in the organisation to achieve the goal and objectives.

Various issues which can arise in course of implementation of process of talent management

As per the view point of  (Sparrow,  Hird and Cooper,  2015), it has been said that there are various issues faced by the managers of an organisation in order to managing talent of the staff members working within the company. Talent management is one of the method which is implemented by the managers where they identify vacant job position, hire capable and suitable individual for the job role. It is a systematic method where managers have to fill the vacant job position so that best and suitable person will be hire in order to accomplish there goals and objective in an effective manner. Some of the major issues faced by managers includes high pressure for working in an effective manner. It is the method where managers of the company identify the job position for which individual are required to fill the vacant job position, for this, managers develop skills and expertise of the individual person according to the requirements of position and retain them for a longer period of time. Along with this, it has also been said that there are some employees who have skills and capabilities in order to perform their work but they are not working in an effective manner which might affect the overall performance of the company. Therefore, it is very essential for the management team of the company to adopt effective leadership style so that they can enhance the skills and capabilities of staff members in an effective manner. Every business organisation have their own goals and objectives which are required to be attain by them in an effective manner. Job satisfaction is one of the most crucial element which highly reduces the profitability as well as performance of the company in a negative manner (SSparrow and Makram,  2015). This will affect the brand image of the company in an adverse way which reduced their income level as well as market share of the company.

There are ample number of approaches which need to be adopted by the managers of the company so that they can develop best and most suitable plan for the process of talent management. It has also been identified that there are ample number of strategies and policies which need to be used by the management team such as increasing the understanding of job descriptions for a specific individual of staff member). It is very essential for an individual to fit easily within the workplace and adopt the working culture in an effective manner. It is the factor which highly influences the performance of the employees. Best and most effective strategy is Categorisation of candidates cultural fit. In addition to this there are some other approaches used by the management team where they provide training and development sessions to their staff members with the help of which they can enhance the performance and productivity of the company. Along with this, it is the strategy with the help of which efficiency of the worker will be enhanced in an effective manner. But on the other hand, sometimes by using such strategies within the organisation might create negative environment such as conflicts and disputes. All these might affect the overall outcome in a negative manner. Furthermore, one of the other strategy which is required by the management team of the company is listening to the staff members and taking their thoughts and opinions. This will help in order to perform their task in an effective manner by analysing various thoughts and opinions. Along with this, it will assist in enhancing the participation of staff members within the decision making process (Thunnissen, M., 2016).

All these strategies plays very essential role in order to perform their functions in an effective manner. Therefore these strategies must be adopted by the staff members in order to perform all the talent management functions in an effective manner. This will assist the managers in order to attain competitive advantage at the marketplace available at the external environment.
