It is important for the organisation is to continuously adopt the changes within the organisation which provides the opportunity to attain competitiveness in market. There are large number of competitors are present in the market which has direct negative impact upon their sales and profitability. It is observed that at present McLaren uses outdated and non digitalised methods in the process of recording different informations which impacts their decision-making capacity.
