Key people of HRM of the company are Mr Philip Hampton (Chairman) and Emma Walmsley(CEO). The company consists of three different sectors such as Biotechnology, Consumer products and Pharmaceutical. Total net income of the Organization is $2.169 billion (2017) and total revenue is $30.186 billion (2017). The turnover of the company is $70 billion that shows that the company is in stable condition in the business market. This is one of the largest drug manufacturing industries based on pharmaceutical concern in the UK.
